Shipping

Please allow me seven working days to ship your order.  My aim is to get your prints and cards to you as soon as possible.  I understand that sometimes we need things in a hurry, so if that’s the case, feel free to get in touch with me at hello@beckycrowley.com.  You will be notified by email once your order has been processed.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEES:

UK: £4.50.

EUROPE: £9.50

USA & REST OF WORLD: £15.00

UK CUSTOMERS: All parcels are sent by Royal Mail or courier.  

EU CUSTOMERS:  I now also work with a print studio based in Germany, so European customers purchasing my Fine Art Prints will not have to pay additional post-Brexit import charges.  Please note that my cards are currently only printed and shipped from England and are therefore subject to EU customs charges.  I work towards improving this in the future but for the time being, when the parcel arrives at your country’s border, customs taxes or administration charges may apply.  These charges will be your responsibility and you will be contacted by Royal Mail or courier with an invoice to be paid before you can receive your parcel. 

US, AUS, NZ & THE REST OF THE WORLD: Packages to the rest of the world will be shipped by Royal Mail International tracked or by a courier and tracked.

All Fine Art Prints are made to order and packaged by hand with care.  They are shipped in a sturdy flat mailer or shipping tube.  Cards are pre-printed and shipped in a padded eco mailer.

Returns

If your print arrives in less than perfect condition please send me a photograph upon arrival to hello@beckycrowley.com and I will send a replacement.

I am currently a one woman business and as such I ask that you make thoughtful purchases to avoid the need to return or exchange anything.  Please note that international orders are considered final and are not eligible for returns, unless there is a fault with the purchase.

Saying that, I do want every customer to be over the moon with their purchase, so if you’re not happy with your print for any reason, feel free to reach out to me within ten days at hello@beckycrowley.com.

Tax & duties

Occasionally customs and import duties are raised once a parcel reaches the destination country, and unfortunately it is not possible to determine or predict what these charges will be.  As the customer you are responsible for any unforeseen additional charges.  If you have any concerns around this, I advise that before placing an order, you contact your local customs office to get up to date information on which duties might be applicable to receive your parcel.
